Supported Living: This is a service that helps individuals live in their own home or apartment. Our qualified team of supported living coaches  begin to work with individuals even before they move.  The individual is always involved in developing a Transition Plan.  The plan assists with securing all necessary documents, identification and choices of where to live.  We also assist with doctors appointments and all medical follow-ups.  The supported living program helps individuals learn about money.  For example how to pay bills.  We also help individuals learn about housekeeping, grocery shopping, cooking simple meals, bus training and community/home safety.  The Supported Living program help individuals get settled, make new friends and establish a daily routine.  The goal is to help individuals become self-reliant, independent and interdependent with the community.

Adult Day Training: Skills training for gainful employment in the community, Volunteer work, and Enclaves

Supported Employment: Contracted with APD and Vocational Rehabilitation. When our participant becomes an employee, a Supported Employment Specialists is available to the company to become actively involved as needed:

∙ to supervise and support the employee on the job to ensure optimal performance.

∙ to aid the employee to relate to supervisors and co-workers.

Employment Services: We believe that helping people with disabilities to maximize their abilities as workers is good for them and our business community. Contracted with APD and Vocational Rehabilitation.

Job Development: Vocational and Supported Employment Specialists partnership within the community in order to develop successful employment opportunities.

Job Placement: The individual participant determines how much assistance and involvement he/she wants from staff in finding employment.  Staff provide vocational education, and inclusion, taking the participant to the actual job sites for the application process and the interview.  Our program focuses on finding employment opportunities that promote the choice of the individual.

Follow Along Services: Our goal is to reduce our involvement gradually until the service is no longer required, recognizing that the time varies from person to person.  However, our Supported Employment Specialists are accessible to the participants and the employers for as long as he/she remains with the company.
