We would like to take this opportunity to introduce Successful Systems, Inc. an innovative agency providing services to the Central Florida area since 2003.
Successful Systems, Inc. is a culmination of Professional Staff who have been providing services to people with Developmental Disabilities since 1996.
Successful Systems, Inc. is a non-profit 501C3 Corporation specializing in providing support services to individuals who want to live independently in the community. 
We believe individuals, if provided an array of choices, are productive citizens and make informed decisions. Our professional team serves a wide variety of diverse
people in our community. Our services begin with the individual making his or her choice to use our personal outcome based agency.  Individuals are active players
throughout the implementation plan process.  Our outcomes prove ownership in obtaining and maintaining an independent/interdependent living lifestyle that works. 
Our team provides an array of choices to participants teaching them the skills to make informed decisions (problem solvers vs. crisis driven).

Michele Koplow has 19 years of experience in the field of Social Work. Michele has a BS in Psychology & Sociology. She was a member of the Orange County Florida Disability Advisory Board from Dec. 2003 until July 2011. Michele is a Florida Notary and has her Real Estate Sales License. She has Train the Trainer Certification for Supported Living, Supported Employment, HIV, First Aid, CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens & Core Competency Training, Zero Tolerance,Intro to DD & Health & Safety.

Timothy F. Montalvo has 24 years of experience in the Field of Social Work. Timothy has a BSW in Social Work and MS in Counseling & Human Development. He was a National Presenter for Mental Health Statistics in Washington, D.C. His work experience is extensive. Timothy has served as a Shelter Manager for Abused Children, an Employment Program Coordinator, Director of Residential Programs, Supported Employment Specialist, Drop in Center Resource Specialist, Vocational Counselor, Day Treatment Counselor and Support Coordinator. Timothy has Train the Trainer Certification for Supported Living, Supported Employment, HIV, First Aid, CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens & Core Competency Training,
Intro to DD, Heath and safety & Zero Tolerance.

In December 2003, Michele Rivers and Timothy F. Montalvo joined forces and created the agency Successful Systems, Inc. We are contracted to provide services for Agency for Persons with Disabilities (Companion AHCA Lic.# 229205) and Department of Education/Vocational Rehabilitation.
